We love the beach and typically we go down for day trips about once a week during the summer. To kick things off this season though we went down for almost a whole week. It was great getting to spend our days on the beach and then be able to go relax back at the house and take trips down to the boardwalk. We stayed at the house that Jason grew up going to and Uncle Jon was there too so of course that added to the fun.
We made two trips to Funland, once with mom mom and pop pop and once with Aunt Nicole. The kiddos loved the rides and Jake remembered a few of his favorites from last summer. Mommy and Aunt Nicole even went on one of the big scary rides...the kids thought that was hilarious.
It was a great way to start our season at the beach and I can't wait for many more trips to come...although it is a bit more work with three little ones now!
